Library Media Curriculum

2018-19 School Year should be an exciting one for students and staff at Morning Star Elementary School.  This year Ms. Renee Jesness will be the Teacher Librarian who teaches all grades about researching, information literacy, digital literacy, ethical use, and creating a love of literature and reading. In Library Class students engage in 21st century curriculum to meet the Montana State Content Standards for Library Media and Bozeman School District Standards for Technology.  This year the Morning Star Library will have Ms. Sarah Meltzer as a Library Paraprofessional.  We welcome everyone and look forward to a great year.
Montana State Content Standards for Library Media
Standard 1: Students will identify the task and determine the resources needed.
